Semi-Private PT is coming back, and it's better than ever!

Combine a personalised program designed just for you, delivered within a small, supportive group of like-minded women. Train at your own pace, with expert guidance and progressive programming tailored to your goals.


This isn't random circuits, punishment based workouts, or workouts scribbled on a whiteboard 5 minutes ago. This is real training: structured, evidence-based, designed to help you get stronger, feel better, and stay consistent. You'll be supported, seen, and guided with intention. Every woman follows her own program inside a small group environment.


Let me be absolutely clear - this level of individual support in a small group setting is almost unheard of!


Each 12-week block is capped at just 3-6 women, ensuring the quality and support you deserve. Spots will go fast, submit this form to be the first to hear when bookings open. No obligation - just first dibs.

As well as in-person sessions, your holistic program includes:

  • Fully personalised workouts (in-person and online).

  • Programs tailored to your equipment (home or gym).

  • Education and habit-based nutrition support.

  • Flexibility to train anytime, anywhere.


This is not a bootcamp or drop-in class - it's structured, targeted, and backed by science. I can even collaborate with your Exercise Physiologist if needed.


Price includes Tailored Strength & Fitness Coaching (valued at $40 per week):

  • If you're enrolled in Strong Foundations 24-week program, add Semi-Private Personal Training at $40 per session per week (or $75 for two sessions). Sold in 12-week blocks only. We'll send you payment options.

  • For current coaching clients, your payment plan will be updated once your spot is confirmed.

  • You can join Tailored Strength & Fitness Coaching at any time.

  • Payable by weekly instalments via Stripe (minimum 12-week commitment) or ask about up front payments.

  • A minimum of 3 participants is required to launch a group.

  • Sessions are offered on a first come first served basis.

  • Once a place becomes available, you'll receive an invoice with payment links to secure your spot.

  • If a participant drops out and only 1-2 remain in a group, we'll contact you with options to transition to 1-1 or 2-1 training at an adjusted rate, or be added to the wait list for the next available group.


Flexibility and missed sessions:

We get it, Life Happens!

If you can't attend your regular time, you may request to join another group session during the same 12-week block subject to availability.

You'll still have access to your online coaching program so you can keep progressing whether you're travelling, under the weather, or training solo that week.

Public Holidays: Sessions will be rescheduled or added to the end of the block so you don't miss out.

Semi-Private Personal Training Initial Timeslots
  1. One-one Personal Training

One-One Fitness Coaching tailored to your goals - available in person at my Drouin private Studio or online. Perfect if you want extra support with form, confidence, or accountability alongside your Tailored Strength & Fitness or Strong Foundations coaching program.


  • Available exclusively to clients currently enrolled in one of our online coaching programs.

  • One 45-Minute Session per week in 12-week Blocks - $100 per week via Stripe Recurring Payments - includes Tailored Strength & Fitness Coaching.

  • Spots are limited to business hours.

  • Join this wait list and we'll work together to match you with a suitable timeslot as spaces become available.
