I've seen firsthand how the physical and mental health demands of work - whether you're stuck at a desk, on your feet all day, or doing repetitive manual tasks—can take a serious toll on your body. Chronic pain, stiffness, and exhaustion don’t have to be your norm!

 

Alongside working as a women’s strength coach, I spent over 30 years in the corporate world, specialising in Quality, Health, Safety, and Training. I’ve seen (and experienced) firsthand how demanding jobs can take a serious toll on physical and mental health. Chronic pain, stiffness, and exhaustion don’t have to be your norm—but random exercise isn’t the answer. You need a more tailored approach.

I’ve worked extensively in OH&S, developing policies, procedures, training programs, inductions, and return-to-work plans for injured workers. My qualifications include:

With a strong background in injury prevention and early intervention, I help businesses and individuals prevent chronic pain and injuries before they happen.

Wellness Workshops 

Do you operate from a venue, such as a gym, wellness centre, or yoga studio? Enquire about working with me in partnership, or ask me to hold workshops on various topics that provide added value to your clients. Ideas and opportunties to work together are endless:

Custom Fitness & Habits Portal
For Health Coaches

Are you a health or wellness coach who wants to be able to provide your clients with custom strength and fitness programs, but you're not a fitness professional, don't have the knowledge for programming required to meet their specific goals and needs, or don't have access to the right tools to develop and deliver programs? 

Don't send your clients off to do random, generic fitness classes, or to YouTube. These may or may not be suitable for their needs and more specific level of fitness / capability.

 

Join my coaching and fitness app as a Team Member for a monthly subscription. I will then work with you to program your client's fitness workouts which are provided through my Netflix-style On-Demand Workouts portal. You then allocate your own clients the relevant workouts through your team member portal. You'll also have access to create forms, resources, documents, and give them custom habits, etc. 

Simply send a link to your clients so they can start using the App. The workouts and programs have video and text instructions, and when they're ready to workout, they can easily start training and record their sets, reps, times, etc. Every 6-weeks I will work with you to review their progress and provide updated workouts so they continue to progress. 

Enquire about pricing which will depend on the number of clients you currently have, or expect to have - whether that's ongoing or for your 12-week signature program.
